InstaLILY AI is looking for a Business & Growth Analyst II who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and balances strategic thinking with high-quality execution. You’ll join a Growth team at a rapidly scaling AI startup, working directly with enterprise clients to deploy AI that does real work inside complex businesses.

This is a client-facing role. You’ll spend your days building conviction on client industries, translating AI capabilities into language they understand, and driving deals forward, with analysis as one tool in a much broader toolkit.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Strategy

  • Own day-to-day client relationships, providing guidance, troubleshooting advice, and deployment support.
  • Drive recurring client check-ins and working sessions on strategic enterprise accounts, prepare pre-read materials and presentations, and follow through on action items.
  • Draft client-facing materials including presentations, proposals, follow-up notes, and recommendations.
  • Collect feedback to inform product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Contribute insights on market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to help shape product roadmaps.
  • Partner with leadership to identify patterns across client needs, objections, and expansion opportunities.

Product Knowledge & Demos

  • Lead product demonstrations for enterprise clients, highlighting key features and benefits of InstaLILY AI’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand the technical underpinnings, upcoming releases, and use cases.

Research & Market Intelligence

  • Build conviction on client industries, competitors, and market dynamics to inform GTM strategies.
  • Support deal strategy by identifying patterns across pipeline, ICP fit, and expansion opportunities.

Operations & Cross-Functional Support

  • Assist with internal process building including templates, trackers, and operational playbooks.
  • Serve as connective tissue between leadership, sales, product, and marketing teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, tools, and trends to position InstaLILY AI as a cutting-edge solution provider.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in consulting, client-facing strategy, growth, operations, research, or a comparable high-ownership role
  • Academic background: Technical or research-intensive field such as CS, neuroscience, engineering, economics, or other disciplines that trained you to think rigorously and go deep on problems
  • Comfort with ambiguity: You don’t wait for a playbook; you’re willing to build one
  • Bias for action: You move quickly without sacrificing detail
  • Communication: Your writing lands, your ideas are clear, and you can explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Analytical instincts: You can structure ambiguous problems, pull signal from data, and turn findings into recommendations. You’re as comfortable building a dashboard as you are walking a client through what it means
  • Ownership: You finish what you start and the quality shows
  • Technical curiosity: Excited to learn product internals and AI capabilities deeply enough to speak credibly with clients
  • Organization: Able to juggle multiple priorities at once without dropping threads
  • Good judgment: You know when to push forward and when to flag a risk early
