GTM Engineer II

TL;DR

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to own the systems that drive our growth - from ICP targeting and outbound infrastructure to data hygiene and reporting. You're technical, systems-oriented, and excited to build the engine that finds and converts our customers. 2–4 years in outbound, growth, or RevOps preferred.

About the Role

You'll own the engine that drives our growth. Some days you're building an enrichment workflow from scratch. Others, you're cleaning up our data layer, designing ICP scoring models, or shipping a new outbound play. The role is technical, creative, and hands-on - there's no layer between you and impact.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach
• Build ICP models, scoring frameworks, and segmentation logic to focus efforts on high-fit accounts
• Identify and operationalize intent signals to surface in-market accounts
• Craft outbound copy and sequences across email, LinkedIn, and partner channels
• Equip our reps by automating workflows that make their day easier
• Build automations and pipelines that keep our CRM clean, queryable, and trustworthy
• Stand up dashboards and reporting that make it obvious what to focus on each week
• Track performance from activity to ARR, so every play is measurable

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

• Have 2–4 years in outbound, growth, RevOps, or a GTM-adjacent role at a B2B startup
• Are hands-on with tools like Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Lemlist, HeyReach, Instantly, or similar
• Comfortable owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows
• Want to own problems end-to-end, not just execute tasks handed to you
• Get excited about new tools and emerging channels

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience
