Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer

You will work hand-in-hand with our COO, gaining unparalleled access to high-level strategy, customer engagement best practices, and product innovation insights. Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise:

• Conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits of Instalily AI’s solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand the technical underpinnings, upcoming releases, and use cases.

Sales Enablement

• Partner with the Sales team to create compelling presentations, proposals, and proof-of-concept projects tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
• Assist in driving revenue by engaging with clients in pre-sales and solution-design discussions.

Client Engagement & Onboarding

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting advice, and post-deployment support.
• Collect feedback to inform product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Strategic Collaboration

• Work closely with and shadow our COO to learn strategic sales planning, deal structuring, and advanced customer relationship management.
• Contribute insights on market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to help shape product roadmaps.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, tools, and trends to position Instalily AI as a cutting-edge solution provider.
