About InstaLILY

InstaLILY builds AI teammates for the physical-goods economy: industrial distribution, healthcare, supply chain, manufacturing, and automotive. Our model is simple: one company brain, many teammates. We build company-specific AI-powered brains called InstaBrains. Built on small, specialized language models (SLMs), they codify the customer's knowledge and decisions, like their parts, jobs, and pricing. On top of it, InstaWorkers act as AI teammates inside the tools customers already use, completing the sales, service, and operations work that drives the business.

Backed by Insight Partners ($25M Series A) and supported by the Google, NVIDIA, and Microsoft ecosystems, we are one of the fastest-growing AI startups in the country. Our team has already driven over $200M in incremental revenue for customers to date. InstaLILY's architecture has been featured in Google DeepMind's case study showcase.

We're driven by three core principles: Customers, Culture, and Code. We call them The Three C's.

The Role

If InstaLILY is a frontier AI company, the Office of the CEO is its operating system — the platform that lets every function ship faster, decide faster, and stay aligned as the company scales. The Director architects how the OS works. As Operator, you build inside it.

You'll ship the systems, automations, and rhythms that keep the company at the frontier. You'll work across every function (Engineering, Sales, Growth, Product, Ops), turning the CEO's priorities into action.

You'll report to the Director, Office of the CEO.

What You'll Do

  • Cross-functional projects: Lead discrete projects across functions. Build the systems, ship the work. Drive them to completion without dropping threads.
  • Operating cadences: Help drive the recurring rhythms: leadership meetings and town halls.
  • Materials and decks: Build decks, board prep materials, and internal updates. Clear thinking, clean structure.
  • Build automations and tools: Build the AI tooling and automations that make the Office of the CEO faster. Help the rest of the team build their own.
  • Stay at the frontier: Test new AI tools and models as they release. Build internal agents for the workflows that drag — auto-summaries, briefing prep, draft generation. Run small experiments on how the team operates and scale what works.
  • Internal storytelling: Help the company narrate its progress — all-hands content, investor updates, the "why" behind decisions. Make sure the team always knows the arc.
  • Analysis and synthesis: Pull data, synthesize research, and turn findings into a clear POV. Topics shift with what the Office of the CEO is prioritizing.

What You'll Need

  • 0–2 years of experience: Recent grad or 1 year in consulting, strategy, banking, or a comparable analyst role. The strongest candidates pair that analytical training with evidence of shipping things — automations, scripts, side projects, or founding something. You've majored in CS, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, and you can code well enough to build the agent or automation yourself instead of asking Engineering to.
  • Ownership: You see what's needed before being asked. You finish what you start, flag problems and opportunities early, and don't need to be asked twice.
  • First principles thinking: You strip problems down and rebuild from the ground up, not from how things are usually done.
  • Analytical thinking: You break problems down, pull signal from data, and synthesize findings into recommendations that hold up to scrutiny.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: You take open-ended, high-stakes asks and shape them into structured work. Energized by that, not unsettled.
  • Executive instinct: You read situations a step ahead. You anticipate what leadership will need before they ask and build the materials to make decisions faster.
  • Strong writing: Your writing lands at an executive level. You can structure a memo, deck, or board update that gets to the point fast.
  • Stakeholder management: You read the room, manage expectations across leaders and peers, and keep work aligned across teams.
  • AI-native: You use AI seriously, build your own automations to make work faster, and want to keep pushing what's possible.
  • Product fluency: Comfortable going deep on how the product works. Credible enough to support strategic decisions and speak to what we're building.
  • Curiosity about the business: You want to understand how the company actually works.
  • Hybrid availability: 5 days/week in our New York office for first 6 months; then 4 days/week in person and 1 day remote.

What You'll Get

  • Real traction: The product works, customers are live, and we've already driven over $200M in incremental revenue for customers. This isn't a bet on an unproven thesis.
  • Stage: Early enough to shape how the company scales.
  • Hands-on from day one: You own outcomes.
  • Culture: Offices in New York, San Francisco, and London. Sharp, low-ego team moving fast.
  • Growth: The learning curve is steep.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience
  • Equity: Stock options

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Well-being stipend, In-office lunch reimbursement, PTO and 10 US Federal Holidays, and more!
