Role Overview
As a Mid-Market & Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll be a full-cycle seller (hunter-farmer), owning your entire pipeline—from prospecting to complex deal closing. You’ll drive AI adoption across sales, operations, supply chain, and digital transformation functions at high-impact companies.
What You’ll Own
- Ownership of End-to-End Sales — Source, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close mid-market & enterprise deals ($50K–$250K ACV).
- Executive Engagement — Build and nurture relationships with VPs, Directors, and C-level execs, clearly articulating ROI via autonomous AI agents.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership — Partner seamlessly with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Product to ensure deal momentum and customer success.
- Pipeline & Forecast Discipline — Maintain accurate CRM, forecast reliably, and manage pipeline hygiene with weekly/monthly rigor—modeled on GTM cadences seen at hyper-growth SaaS startups.
- Market & Competitive Insight — Gather intelligence, feed product and marketing with feedback, and sharpen our competitive edge.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years in SaaS sales (startup or scale‑up preferably), with full cycle experience.
- Proven track record closing enterprise deals ($50K+ ACV) in mid-market or enterprise segments.
- Executive presence — comfortable engaging and persuading senior leadership.
- Analytical orientation — thrive in data-driven selling, forecasting, and CRM-driven workflows.
- Technical fluency — able to engage with engineers and translate complex value propositions.
- Growth mindset — proactive learner, self-motivated, endlessly coachable.

Compensation & Perks
- Base salary: $125K‑$150K USD
- Bonus: 100%+ OTE — fully aligned and transparent
